For the safety of our clients, their audience members, guests, staff or volunteers and other vendors, PhearNone Entertainment adheres to the health and safety guidelines below during all performances, events and appearances. Note that all client contracts include complete terms & conditions related to COVID-19, detailing what is expected of both PhearNone Entertainment, our clients and their guests.

Pre-Event/ Performance Activities

  • For all in-person performances and events, PhearNone Entertainment performers and team members are required to complete a health questionnaire on the day before, the day of and the day after each performance. While our privacy guidelines prevent PhearNone Entertainmnet from sharing those questionnaires with clients directly, we will notify clients to confirm if any questionnaires have been flagged as presenting COVID-19 risks or safety concerns, communicating any impact to your event

Physical Interaction

  • PhearNone Entertainment requests that the performance location for all of our performers is in a space that is at least six feet (two meters) from all client and guest/audience member seating, staffs or volunteers, other vendors, frequented sites and/or other event activities or stations
  • PhearNone Entertainment requests that clients, audience members and guests maintiain social distance from PhearNone Entertainment performers and team members where possible and refrain from touching PhearNone Entertainment equipment
  • PhearNone Entertainment performers and team members will limit all contact with clients, guests, audience members and venue staff or volunteers, refraining from mingling before, during or after performances
  • PhearNone Entertainment asserts that it is the responsibility of the client to notify all audience members and guests of PhearNone Entertainment and/or client or venue rules regarding social distancing and contact with PhearNone Entertainment performers and team members
  • For guests who are interested in obtaining PhearNone’s contact information, PhearNone Entertainment can provide paper business cards or share contactless virtual business cards leveraging Tappy
  • For clients or guests who are interested in tipping PhearNone, PhearNone Entertainment can provide a physical tip jar as well as information for our virtual tip jar

Sanitization of Equipment & Surfaces

  • PhearNone Entertainment requests that all surfaces within the event performance space provided by the client are properly sanitized prior to PhearNone Entertainment use
  • All PhearNone Entertainment equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by PhearNone Entertainment before and after each performance, event or appearance
  • All microphones provided by PhearNone Entertainment will be sanitized before usage by the client, audience members and/or guests, and after usage by the client, audience members and/or guests. If the client or venue would like any microphone sanitized in between usage by client, different audience members or guests, sanitization will be the responsibility of the client

Mask Wearing

  • Mask-wearing is required for all PhearNone Entertainment performers and team members for the entire duration of the performance and PhearNone Entertainment time onsite at the event or venue for both indoor and outdoor settings. Exceptions may be made during vocal performances, for musicians playing wind instruments and in cases where the location of the performers is deemed by both PhearNone Entertainment and the client to present no perceived risk to the client, audience members or guests.

Post-Event/ Performance Activities

  • Should PhearNone Entertainment performers or team members show COVID-19 symptoms and/or test positive for COVD-19 within 14 days of an in-person performance, event or appearance, all clients for performances completed within those 14 days will be notified immediately
  • All client contracts require that PhearNone Entertainment is notified immediately if any client is made aware that a client, audience member, guest, staff member or volunteer, vendor team member or any other individual present onsite for client event or at client venue is found to be COVID-19 positive or has come into contact with someone who is or is reasonably believed to be COVID-19 positive within 14 days of a PhearNone Entertainment performance
